Data review and missing-input list
Review sample product codes, barcodes, categories, attributes, prices, stock and image fields. Missing or conflicting facts are listed for your confirmation rather than guessed.
For uploads to Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11 or your existing store, I first review your data and chosen channel. Spreadsheet records, product codes, variants and images are matched; you approve a small sample before batch uploading and outcome checks.

An illustrative data flow, not a live store screen. Quantities, categories and channels are agreed after review. A submitted record and an approved live listing are different outcomes.
For businesses with an active store and usable product details and images. New cover/gallery design, product research and continuous stock synchronisation are scoped separately.

Match model, colour or size rows to their parent products. Image references and variant groups are organised for the chosen channel’s structure.
Build title templates, category/attribute mappings and an import sheet from supplied content. Newly researched individual product descriptions are priced separately.
Review sample rows before batch upload. Product names, variants, images, prices and stock are approved before proceeding.
Transfer agreed records to one authorised channel. New product creation and updates to existing records are distinguished; compatibility and access are checked first.
Report uploaded, pending and rejected records alongside agreed live-listing sample checks. Separate in-scope fixes, information required from others and remaining tasks.
These are available work areas. The quantity, integrations and acceptance checks are written into your quote before work starts.
Product design creates new covers and explanatory galleries. Upload work organises supplied data and publishes agreed records. Buy either separately or combine them in an itemised quote.
Share your target channel, approximate row count and a 20-row sample without personal data. Explain whether images are ready and whether you need new records or updates.
Agree quantities, field mappings, required inputs, fee and acceptance checks in writing. Batch work starts after the small sample is approved.
Receive the import sheet, outcome/exception list and sample-listing checks. Records awaiting platform review or missing information are not reported as complete.
Compare G1 for a small supplied-data upload with G2 for variant mapping and a larger batch. Current fees appear below. Larger volumes, extra channels, new content or continuous automation receive an itemised quote after sample review.
One-off service fees, excluding VAT. Follow a package link for quantities, required content and delivery terms.
A separate product/SKU record in the import sheet. Each separate colour or size row counts towards the quantity. For example, 10 models × 5 colours means 50 product rows, even if they share a product photo.
This service focuses on uploads using supplied images and usable product data. G2 includes title templates and image mapping; new cover/gallery design, product research and individual original descriptions have separate scopes.
First review the channel’s data/category requirements, your store and the proposed method. Fixed packages cover one channel. Additional channels are quoted separately, with each platform’s approval and outcome checks handled individually.
Missing inputs, category permissions and platform review can affect the outcome. Delivery makes results, rejection reasons and required fixes visible. Approval belongs to the platform; sales depend on the product, price, demand and operations.
A one-off upload does not provide ongoing stock/price synchronisation. For recurring updates, I review your integrator, product mappings and approval rules and define a separate automation scope.
Check the inputs, responsibilities and handover you need before requesting a quote. These guides are in Turkish.
Tell me the target marketplace or store, approximate product-row count and whether images are ready. Do not send passwords in the first exchange; access requirements follow the scope agreement.
