Map the workflow and sources
Define the source of stock/prices, product/SKU mapping, user roles and the lost handoff. An existing tool may be enough.
You should not have to repeat stock and price edits in different panels or lose enquiries in WhatsApp. I review your store, data and workflow, then configure a suitable tool or build the missing connection. Start with a small pilot before expanding.
Prefer a short form? Prepare your requestThe brief initial fit check is free. Written communication by WhatsApp or email.
One request from Telegram or a dashboard.

An illustrative control view. Channels, access and rules are reviewed; each channel’s response is recorded separately.
For businesses with a running store or real enquiries and a clear repetitive task or bottleneck. This is scoped implementation, not a new general-purpose integration subscription.
Define the source of stock/prices, product/SKU mapping, user roles and the lost handoff. An existing tool may be enough.
Review supported channels/APIs, account access and licences. Validate one family, a limited record set or a single enquiry workflow.
Authorised users, previews and approval rules for the agreed workflow. Unknown answers and special WhatsApp requests pass to a responsible person.
Applied/pending/rejected outcomes by channel, with error and duplicate-action checks. Handover includes operating, stop and transfer notes.
These are available work areas. The quantity, integrations and acceptance checks are written into your quote before work starts.
A command can start an action across supported channels. Each channel may queue or reject it, so the final outcome must be checked.
Verified SKU mapping and one agreed source of truth.
Authorised user, affected records and old/new values.
Applied, pending, rejected or requiring verification.
An illustrative service example, not a live customer dashboard or a ready-made bot for all platforms. Your channels and acceptance checks are agreed after review.
Share the task, frequency, existing tools and an example. Passwords and customer data are not needed in the first message.
Agree channels, record quantities, users, costs and what success means. Detailed review and pilot work start after fee approval.
Check normal actions, unauthorised commands, duplicates and channel errors. Take over the workflow with its recurring costs clearly stated.
You do not need every service. Choose ready-made tool setup or a custom workflow, with a small review and trial where needed. Your quote lists the required stages and total fee. Usage charges are separate; monthly care is optional.
Clarify one recurring task and its failure points with a small sample.
Configure a ready-made integrator around your catalogue and channels.
Manage authorised changes with previews, approval and channel results.
Turn message details into complete enquiries and trackable quotes.
Indicative service-fee ranges for the stated scope, shown in TRY. These are not an all-inclusive brand launch. Third-party licences, usage and extra work are stated separately; the final scope and fee are confirmed before work starts.
No. Compatibility is not promised before reviewing channels, data, account permissions and the existing platform. The flows shown are service examples; your working implementation is scoped through a pilot and separate acceptance checks.
One command may start jobs that different channels queue or reject. Sent and applied are different states. Results are checked per record, and delay/error/retry rules are defined in the pilot.
A product record or design file is not necessarily separate physical stock. Where shared materials or set components support many variants, available stock follows customer-approved production/warehouse rules. Source and mapping come first.
Only answers backed by approved, current data are automated. Unknown stock/prices, custom dimensions and firm delivery promises pass to a person. Permission-based messaging, approved templates and data needs are handled during setup.
Setup, software/integrator subscriptions, hosting, WhatsApp providers and API/model usage are listed separately. I do not recommend unnecessary custom development where an existing tool fits. Usage costs are confirmed at quote time.
Operating notes and handover are part of delivery. Ongoing monitoring and small improvements are separately scoped with task limits and response hours. Automated operation does not promise human intervention at every hour.
Check the inputs, responsibilities and handover you need before requesting a quote. These guides are in Turkish.
Describe your site/channels, existing tools and one repetitive task. Approximate record quantities and frequency are enough to choose the smallest useful pilot.
No call needed. I reply the same day, within one working day at the latest.
